Installation Instructions

1. Remove Stock Fender

• Unscrew the original Tuttio Soleil 01 fender
• Keep factory screws for installation

2. Position New Fender

• Align CRF50-style fender with mounting holes
• Slight adjustment may be required for proper fitment

3. Washers & Spacing

• Use included washers for mounting
• Reuse original screws
• Add extra washers/spacers if needed to prevent pinching wires or brake lines

4. Wire & Brake Line Routing

• Ensure cables and brake hose are routed above or beside the fender
• Secure wires to fork using zip ties if necessary

5. Final Check

• Turn handlebars fully left and right to ensure no tension on wires
• Compress suspension to confirm brake hose clearance
