SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACKS

If you experience an issue with an order, you agree to contact Lunzoa before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or disputes submitted after successful delivery may result in account restrictions and the submission of evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, fraud prevention services, and law enforcement when appropriate.

Customers may be held responsible for costs, fees, and losses incurred as a result of fraudulent payment disputes.
