Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days within the US. Expedited options (3-Day Select, 2-Day Shipping) are available at checkout.

Processing time is typically 1 business day, and transit time begins once your order has shipped.

I paid for 3-day shipping but my tracking shows longer — why?

The 3-Day Select option refers to transit time after shipment, not order processing. We process and ship orders within 1 business day.

Transit time begins once the package is picked up by the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it — what should I do?

Please first check around your property (mailbox, garage, side doors) and with neighbors.

If you still cannot locate it, contact us at lunzoashop@gmail.com with your order number.

If you purchased shipping protection, we will assist you in filing a claim.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so email us immediately at lunzoashop@gmail.com .

We’ll do our best to make changes before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

The item doesn’t fit my bike — can I return it?

Please review compatibility before ordering. If you believe the wrong item was received, contact us with photos or a short video.

We cannot accept returns for correctly shipped items, but we will assist if there was an error on our end.
